At Hero Martial Arts we offer our Taekwondo program for kids ages 5 & up. Martial arts classes at Hero Martial Arts will help your child gain confidence, strength, respect for others, and discipline in a fun and friendly environment where they will learn healthy exercise habits and vital self-defense skills.
We teach Traditional Taekwondo, Olympic Style Taekwondo, & focused Self-Defense tactics. Students will learn all of the elements and skills of Taekwondo in an encouraging atmosphere, where they will feel challenged and successful.

At Hero Martial Arts we offer a specialized program for students in our Taekwondo classes that our interested in participating in competitive Taekwondo. This program is for dedicated students and offers them the opportunity to train for and compete at local, state, national, & international levels in Olympic Taekwondo. Students will learn leadership skills and the virtues of hard work, team work, dedication, and perseverance.
Taekwondo has been an official Olympic sport since 1988. Master Luis Cocco is a certified Level 2 USA Taekwondo Coach, and certified AAU Taekwondo coach. Master Cocco has trained and coached a number of State, National & International Champions. With several Hero students making the USA Taekwondo National Team.
